The abduction and murder of Jan Prenga/ 7 people under charges, among them a

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime in the continuation of the investigations carried out in connection with criminal proceedings no. 62, of 2020, for which the defendants Dritan Rexhepi, Gentjan Funiqi, Martin Bleta, Korado Keshteja, Artan Doçaj, Aldo Majnishta have been requested to be sent for trial before the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime and Geraldo Martini, has completed the investigations and has requested that the case be sent for trial also for the defendant Altin Hajri accused of committing criminal offenses:

“Rrëmbim apo mbajtje peng e personit” kur është shkaktuar vdekja parashikuar nga nenet 109 paragrafi i tretë dhe 28/4 të Kodit Penal;

“Mbajtje pa leje e armëve luftarake”, parashikuar nga nenet 278 paragrafi i parë dhe 28/4  i  Kodit Penal;

“Fshehja dhe asgjesimi i kufomes”, parashikuar nga nenet 303 dhe 28/4 i Kodit Penal;

“Grupi i strukturuar kriminal”, parashikuar nga neni 333a/2 i Kodit Penal;

“Kryerja e veprave penale nga organizata kriminale dhe grupi i strukturuar kriminal”, parashikuar nga neni 334/1 i Kodit Penal.

I pandehuri Altin Hajri, pronar i kompleksit “Golden” ndodhur në Shijak akuzohet se është pjesëmarrës në grupin e strukturuar kriminal që ka kryer rrëmbimin e shtetasit Jan Prenga, ngjarje e ndodhur datën 17.01.2020 në Kamëz, Tiranë
