Moisiu: Unë pa filluar reforma kam thënë që ne duhet të bëjmë revolucion në drejtësi. Dhe ky është një revolucion që është bërë. Por unë kisha parasysh që politika duhet të qendrojë sa më larg. Sepse politika e prishi drejtësinë. E prishi sepse i duhej qe abuzimet mos dalin sheshit por të rrinë aty ku janë. Ço ne burg policin, infermierin, drejtorin a nje sekretar por ministri kryeministri deputeti ata janë të paprekshëm. Populli thotë “peshku qelbet nga koka”. Duhet pastruar koka pra.

Ne i zgjedhin njerëzit nga ana profesionale, nga ana morale, por nuk mjafton. Duhet edhe kurajo, u munhon. Sepse dalin politikanet dhe i intimidojne.

Moisiu: Korrupsioni eshte gangrena me e rrezikshme e nje kombi e nje shteti. Ne e kemi në nivelët më të larta. Nuk janë ulur ndonjehere politikanet për të parë pse vidhet, pse abuzohet.
