The criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço, has stated that there are conflicts within the institution of justice.

Karamuço: Ne kemi akoma shumë problematika në kodin penal, po miratohet tani në fund të dhjetorit, dhe akoma nuk dimë se çfarë do të na serviret. Duhet të rishikohet në një kuadër të interesit publik, jo profesional. Publiku do dy gjëra dhënien e shpejt të një përgjigjeje, dhe e dyta sa hapësira lëmë ne në interpretime. Duhet të marrë fund loja që kur duam dënojmë, kur nuk duam interpretojmë. Ne këtë që ka ndodhur e kemi mbajtur njëherë si mjet për të mbajtur në çengel personat, dhe njëherë si mjet për të shantazhuar ata që kemi interes. Drejtësia nuk mund të bëhet “dashnore” e politikës. Xhafo: BKH është polici gjyqësore e SPAK, ajo ligji i njeh BKH-së të drejtën të hetojë edhe në mënyrë të pavarur?

Karamuço: BKH ndjek të gjitha të drejtat dhe detyrimet siç e parashikon kodi për policinë gjyqësore, por ka një trajtim të veçantë sepse është strukturë e posaçme. Ne këta njerëz i paguajmë shumë, partnerët tanë po i specializojnë, janë aty në detyrë, kanë një drejtuese. Struktura e tyre në prapaskenë ka një përplasje me SPAK. Nga njëra anë BKH shikohet si paradhomë e SPAK. Ndërkohë ajo që për të cilën është dhënë shumë lek është për ta kthyer në një FBI, dhe FBI ka një efektshmëri më të madhe, e kemi realizuar ne me BKH-në? Duket sikur nuk ekziston akoma.
