The local elections of 2023/ The MP reveals the dates when they can take place

The deputy of the Socialist Party, Arben Pëllumbi, has revealed when the local elections of 2023 will be held.

Invited to the show "Debat" on A2Cnn, Pëllumbi said that President Bajram Begaj has started consultations to set a date for the elections.

But according to him, it is possible to choose a date between April 15 and May 15.

However, the MP emphasized that the most suitable days are Sundays in May.

The President has started consultations to decide what will be the most suitable date to hold the electoral elections.

" We have not determined a date, from informal conversations the most suitable days are Sundays in May. In the period between April 15 and May 15, we will have the elections. Within the constitutional deadline, he will also announce the date for the local elections" , said Arben Pëllumbi. / CNA.al
