DPSHTRR refutes the police/ "Our lawyer has not been arrested, she learned

The police of Elbasan announced this Monday that they have arrested the employee of the Directorate of Transport in Elbasan with the initials IB, who is accused of forging contracts for the ownership of 3 rented vehicles, which were sold in violation of the law, by citizens Th . B. and RL 

The General Directorate of Road Transport reacted to this news a little while ago, which declares that the news is untrue.

According to the DPSHTRR, the lawyer was not handcuffed, but went to the Elbasan Police Station herself after seeing the news in the media.

As for the employee arrested yesterday with the initials RL, the Transport Directorate says that he acted privately, without any access to the vehicle ownership change service, because he does not work in that sector.

In the impossibility of knowing the acts, due to the holiday weekend, we clarify that today's news that the employee of the Elbasan region, with the initials IB, was "caught" in search, is not true. The person has just learned from online portals about Sunday's news, he immediately returned from his family trip and went himself to Elbasan Police Station where he is still waiting with the lawyer for the case to be communicated to him. In the absence of other details, we can clarify that on the part of the Elbasan regional directorate and any of our structures, we are open to any information and cooperation with investigative bodies, with system data and film footage.

At the moment we can declare that the other suspect, the employee with the initials RL, turns out to have acted privately, without any access to the vehicle ownership change service, because he does not work in that sector, so not under the conditions of abuse of office! This person was with a permit and in the capacity of a private person was presented to receive service.

Two of the alluded cases are related to notarized practices, i.e. outside our service, while the third case is related to suspected criminal liability of the seller without proper authorization. For the three suspected cases, as far as the service chain, RBS, the procedure of the Elbasan region is concerned, it turns out that there is no violation of the integrity of the operating system! Every action is traceable, every record is recorded in the database, every incorrect document or self-declaration is personal responsibility!

The suspected cases, so far, do not involve counterfeiting or embezzlement within the entity. Pending the conclusions, we ask the media/portals not to rush in conditions where there is no complete information on the evidence. We encourage all third-party services that interact, such as notaries, to invest in digital systems to eliminate cases of forgery and to guarantee real-time verification protocol and computerization./ CNA
