Journalist Artan Hoxha has commented on the court's decision against Sali Berisha, who must appear twice a month before the judicial officer, a decision which the former prime minister is not implementing.
Invited to the TV show "The Unexposed", Hoxha said that any other citizen would be treated "for rags" if he acted like Berisha and that the former prime minister is making the justice reform look ridiculous.
"Berisha was supposed to appear at 10:00 in front of the judicial officer. This is the third time he has not appeared. He is not appearing, what is the solution? If a citizen did this, they would take him for rags and take him to grain of the prison. Neither SPAK nor the court is acting. Berisha is testing him and also giving a message. He is not obeying a decision. The fact that he is not appearing has put him in a deadlock. The prosecution must react, it is not being executed the court's decision. He is not implementing the law. Either the court should abandon this measure and not tire us in vain with this reform that is making a name for itself... Or then come and implement the law. Berisha not only does not go, but makes you the biography to the SPAK prosecutors. They were cut off there..." said Hoxha./ CNA
