Violence in the Assembly/ Police sends opposition MPs to SPAK

Specialists of the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector in cooperation with Police Station No. 1 have referred the materials to the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime in charge of citizens:

- FN, 53 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offenses "Destruction of property by fire" and "Assaults due to duty", provided by articles 151 and 237 of the Criminal Code;

- GB, 38 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offense "Assaults due to duty", provided by article 237 of the Criminal Code;

- BN, 39 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offense "Destruction of property by fire" provided for by articles 151 of the Criminal Code;

- Dh.Ç.(T), 51 years old,

- FH, 56 years old,

- Xh.M., 57 years old,

- LG, 52 years old,

- A.Gj., 50 years old

- I.Zh., 37 years old,

- LM, 47 years old,

- DS, 59 years old,

- LB, 61 years old,

- LH, 57 years old,

- AD, 57 years old,

- EB, 51 years old,

- E.Xh., 39 years old,

- SK, 40 years old,

- SK, 43 years old,

- ES, 66 years old,

- KM, 62 years old,

- VD, 56 years old,

- MK, 50 years old;

- I.Ç., 60 years old, all residents of Tirana, for the criminal offense "Destruction of property", provided by Article 150 of the Criminal Code.

Yesterday, during the plenary session, in the Assembly of the Republic of Albania, these citizens (deputies in the Assembly of the Republic of Albania) committed violent actions, damaging the floor of the Assembly, broke a chair and threw it at the Speaker of the Assembly and members of the government cabinet, hard objects (parts of the broken chair). They also burned some chairs outside the Assembly of the Republic of Albania./ CNA
