CNA has reported that on September 30, at 12:45, in the Criminal Court of Tirana, a session will be held in charge of the citizen Aldor Nini, who is accused of persecution, and the judge examining the case is Enkeleida Dalipi.

As reported today, Aldor Nini appeared before the court. CNA has provided footage of him entering the courthouse where the hearing is taking place regarding the accusations of stalking.

Dozens of journalists and reporters have gathered in front of the Tirana Court and will participate in the hearing for the stalker Aldor Nini.

Present at this court session are the journalists' association against the man who imposed censorship on the media for his personal accounts and to cover up his crimes.

It is learned that the criminal case no. 42 75 of 2023, registered for the criminal offense "stalking" provided for by Article 121/A/2 of the Criminal Code, in charge of the defendant Aldor Nini and "unjust interference in private life", provided for by Article 121/A/2 of the Criminal Code, in charge of the defendant Xhulia Dauti.

The applicant is the Prosecutor's Office of the First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana.

In about 1 and a half years, the prosecution has been able, through investigations, directed to the platforms of social networks, by interrogating the persons involved such as Aldor Nini, Xhulia Dauti and the co-habitant of the latter AS, to provide complete data regarding with the persecution of the citizen SB, and now the case, after it has been investigated and after the information that CNA has often published, has been taken to court.

Citizen Aldor Nini was arrested on July 5, 2023, but was later released by the court on bail. Citizen Aldor Nini is the CEO of the company "Acromax".
