The Foreign Minister, Olta Xhaçka, has reacted after Russia's attacks on an apartment block in Dnipro where dozens of people were killed.

Through a post on social networks, Xhaçka described this action by Russia as a heinous crime and expressed that she is shocked by the high number of victims.

" Horrified by the number of casualties from the rocket attack against an apartment block in #Dnipro . Another abhorrent war crime by a Russia whose strategies and tactics in #Ukraine are more akin to those of a terrorist organization than those of a modern country and permanent member of the #UNSC. These crimes must not go unpunished. We must all work together to ensure that the entire Russian chain of command is held accountable for these barbaric crimes. We stand with #Ukraine?", she wrote in her post", writes Xhaçka./ CNA.al
