Camera crime in Shkodër/Berisha: Gangs are controlling Albania

The police have dismantled 21 cameras placed on electric poles, in the street, to collect information for criminal purposes.

The cameras installed by persons or criminal groups were also intended to obtain information about the movements of the Police.

The head of the DP, Sali Berisha, also reacted to this event. In a post on social networks, Berisha said that gangs are ruling all of Albania.

" Crime strict control of the territory. Along with the police, the gangs have placed special cameras on electric poles in the streets and squares of the city of Shkodra to control the city. Like Shkodra, Albania is successful in the rule of crime. Gangs control not only the territory, but also decision-making: on the streets, in offices, in the police, courts, prosecutor's office, government, parliament and everything! This is the narcostate!
