The High Prosecution Council elected Ndini Tavani as Prosecutor of the Special Prosecution. In December 2023, KLP forwarded his name to SPAK, where a more detailed check on the purity of his image began.

But SPAK did not certify him and Tavani was not able to take up his duties as a prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office.

Who is Ndini Tavani?

In November 2021, the Special Appeals Panel unanimously decided to reinstate prosecutor Ndini Tavani, overturning the decision to dismiss the Independent Qualification Commission, taken by a majority.
