The great merger continues/ ONE Telecommunications and ALBtelecom legally merge

ONE Albania SHA, the new integrated company was successfully registered on January 1, becoming one of the most important actors with its networks and services in the Albanian market.

Following the historic acquisition of ALBtelecom and ONE Telecommunications last year by the Hungarian information and communication technology company 4iG Group, the merger initiative of these two companies reached another important legal step. The merger of ALBtelecom, the leading provider of fixed telephony, internet and TV, and ONE Telecommunications, the second fastest growing mobile operator in the market, reached one of the final stages of the process, creating ONE Albania, the company registered on January 1 .

Viti 2023 nisi me një hap ligjor të integrimit me një emër të ri, ONE Albania. Kompania e kombinuar trashëgon rrjetin më të madh fiks nga operatori aktual dhe një rrjet me cilësi të lartë të operatorit celular, me rritjen më të shpejtë. Grupi 4iG emëroi ekipin e përbashkët drejtues të kompanisë në fund të korrikut 2022 dhe lançoi produktin e parë të kombinuar më 1 shtator 2022. Sikurse është lajmëruar më parë, Emil Georgakiev do të drejtojë kompaninë ONE Albania, në pozicionin e Drejtorit të Përgjithshëm Ekzekutiv.
