Charity for children/ Argita Malltezi: The money has been declared, 100% legal

One of the issues that the prosecutors have investigated in the file for Jamarbër Malltez, the head of the Department of Environment in DP, is the charity in Liri Berisha's foundation for children with autism.

Argita Berisha Malltezi stopped at these investigations this evening.

The latter said on Erla Mëhilli's show that all the money sent to charity was declared and was 100% legal.

"That foundation is an NGO that does not belong to Liri Berisha, all donations go to children. They are all charities, with a contract, they are all declared, taxed, they are made with a bank. We pay every year 2.5 percent of what we have for zakah, and this has been part of that. They were 100% legal, source controlled and taxed. What do I do with my declared income... every year I make declarations to the ILDKP", said Malltezi./ CNA
