"Education has reached the end"/ Pedagogy Lili Sula: The Ministry of

Lili Sula, Head of the Department of Education in the DP, has kept her word at the Democratic Party protest that is being held in front of the Prime Minister's Office.

She expressed that she feels a great regret for the education system, which is touching the bottom. 

Sula stated that "The current education budget is 3.1% of the GDP, far from the 5% budget that was promised, and as the years go by, the government is moving backwards, as the financial support that the government devotes to education is lower than the 3.4% budget, the 10 - 12 years ago."

Të nderuar të pranishëm,
Jam pedagoge prej shumë vitesh e shoh me keqardhje se si sistemi arsimor në vendin tonë prej kohësh ka prekur fundin.
Buxheti aktual i arsimit është 3.1 % i PBB, shumë larg buxhetit 5 % që është premtuar e ndërsa  vitet shkojnë, qeveria ecën mbrapsht; pasi mbështetja financiare që qeveria i kushton arsimit është më e ulët se buxheti  3.4%, i 10-12 viteve më parë.
Edhe arsimi i lartë është në rënie të lirë e Ministria e Errësimit, përveç fotove në rrjete sociale, as që tregon vëmendje. Ligji i Arsimit të lartë i miratuar me 2015 me shumicë kartonësh – edhe pse u kundërshtua nga të gjithë faktorët e interesit brenda e jashtë vendit—çdo ditë e më shumë tregon së është i dështuar në realitetin tonë universitar.  Po jap vetëm një shembull:
Ligji parashikon kredi për studentët, por universitetet nuk zotërojnë pronësi e siç dihet trualli e Muzeut të shkencave të natyrës në Rrugën e Kavajës- një laborator i gjallë i mësimdhënies e kërkimit shkencor u shtetëzua nga qeveria (si të ishim më 1946) e tashmë një goxha pallat është drejt përfundimit. Edhe Kopshti botanik – po kështu u shtetëzua.
Nga ana tjetër, Agjencia Kombëtare e Financimit të Arsimit të Latë, që do të garantonte kreditimit- një strukturë tipike burokratike - nuk funksionon edhe pse një staf i saj paguhet nga taksat tona.
Por çfarë kërkoi Lëvizja universitare?
Lëvizja universitare – stafet ndihmësakademike, administrative e studentore, pa mbështetjen e të cilëve nuk ka kuptim puna e pedagogëve – kërkoi rritjen e buxhetit për kërkimin shkencor  në 0.3 % të PBB, kur aktualisht është 10 herë më i ulët dhe shumë herë më i ulët se vendet e rajonit.
Lëvizja universitare kërkoi t`i rikthehej e drejta e mohuar e indeksimit të pagës – e cila do të rriste mbi 40 % pagat e stafit universitar; por që në shkelje të hapur të ligjit nuk është kryer prej shumë vitesh.  
Dhe besoj se cilido e di mirë, se ka një paradoks të thellë mes trajtimit financiar të kërkuar nga Agjencia Kombëtare e Shoqërisë së Informacionit, ku paga mesatare shkon 3500 euro dhe pedagogëve të tyre - prej të cilëve diplomohen - me pagë mesatare 2 herë më të ulët se kolegët në Kosovë.
The university movement sought and seeks to restore academic autonomy and freedom to universities, which constitute their foundations, sought attention for the branches of Albanian studies, which mark our national identity, which from year to year are experiencing a significant decrease in the number of students , while some of them are putting the lock on the gates of knowledge, in other words, he demanded that the government turn its eyes to the university world and treat it with dignity as it belongs to the elite of society, but it faced pressure, intimidation and blackmail from more the ugly and with a prime ministerial discourse that would not be allowed even to a person with compulsory education.
 
Therefore, it is the day to STOP the trampling of citizens, employees, university staff and students, to STOP the trampling of our entire society by this government and its leader, Mr. Rama.
