Argita Malltezi has stated that there is no legal chance that former prime minister Sali Berisha's mandate will be removed.

According to her, the mandate is removed when without reason one does not go to the parliament and when there is a final decision and none of these conditions are met in the case of Sali Berisha.

Malltezi commented on today's protest, saying that he had opposition nerves.

"Today the protest had an opposition nerve. There is no legal chance that Sali Berisha's mandate will be removed. Berisha is not under accusation, it is simply in the investigation phase.

The mandate is removed when without reason he does not go to the parliament and when there is a final decision. None of these conditions are met in the case of Sali Berisha", said Malltezi. / CNA
