"50 million euro investment"/ The government suspends the status of the strategic investor for the resort in General's Beach

The Strategic Investments Committee has made the decision to suspend the construction of the "Mediterranean Wave" resort in Gjenerali Beach, with the claim that it contradicts the Local General Plan of Kavaja.

The decision states that the project is suspended until the company changes it to adapt it to the urban indicators allowed for the area.

The construction of the resort is expected to reach the value of 50 million euros.

 "Until the fulfillment of the obligations by the investment entity, the legal effects of the Decision "On the approval of the status "Investment/Strategic Investor Special Procedure" for the investment project "Mediterranean Wave" with the applicant company "Mediterranean Wave" sh.pk are suspended," it is stated in the decision taken at the last meeting of the Strategic Investments Committee./ CNA.al
