The winner of the elections in the Municipality of Himara, Fredi Beleri, as he had warned, gave an interview from prison to the Greek newspaper Kathimerini.
He has shown how his condition is.
Beleri says that the staff treats him well and that morale is high, but according to him, the tragedy is that even after all this, the man who the people of Himara decided to send home with their vote continues to remain mayor.

- Mr. Beleri, today, Sunday, September 3, complete 115 days in prison. How are you personally?
The conditions in which I live are those of an Albanian prison. The staff treat me well. My morale is extremely high. It is reinforced by the bitterness I feel at the injustice done to me. Do you know what it's like to be unjustly imprisoned? Trying to terrorize the citizens of Himara? Don't they break down and elect you mayor, and in the end stop you from taking the oath?
