OFFICIAL/ Linked to Bayern Munich and Milan, De Zerbi leaves Brighton

Coach Roberto De Zerbi will leave Brighton after the match with Mnachetser United. This was announced by the English club itself, through an official communique.

This departure of De Zerbi comes at a time when his name has been linked to various big clubs, such as Bayern Munich and Milan.

The Italian coach said that he is upset about this departure, but added that he is proud of what he achieved with the team.

"I am very sad to leave Brighton but I am very proud of what my players and staff have achieved with the support of everyone at the club and our fantastic fans over the last two historic seasons. We have agreed to end the cooperation, so that the club and I can continue to work in the way that best suits each of us, following our ideas and visions, as well as our work and our human values. I have spent two intense and inspiring years working in the Premier League, competing in four major competitions this season. Leaving now gives me time to take a break before deciding on my future plans," said De Zerbi.
