Armand Duka at the FIFA congress, the decisions made are revealed

The 74th FIFA Congress took place today in Bangkok, Thailand and was attended by the heads of federations from all over the world.

The President of the ALF, Armand Duka, the Vice-President of the ALF, Arben Dervishaj and the General Secretary, Ilir Shulku, participated in this congress.

The Congress was led by the President of FIFA, Gianni Infantino, who gave an opening speech and then went through the agenda of the meeting. President Infantino emphasized in his speech that FIFA's mission is to increase football globally, while also proposing the organization of a football festival for under 15 years of age from all member federations.

Among other things, the head of the world football government said that football unites people and the only thing that matters in this game is the color of the shirt that the players wear in their clubs or national teams.

The FIFA members discussed the financial report of the previous year, the budget for the next year or even the ratification of the decisions taken by the FIFA Council.

Also, at this FIFA Congress, it was decided that Brazil will host the finals of the Women's World Championship in 2027, while next year the Women's Futsal World Cup will be hosted in the Philippines for the first time and from 2026 the Club World Cup for girls will be organized.

The mission is to play football everywhere, and in today's Congress it was also proposed to organize a football festival for the U-15 age group.
There will also be a Girls' Futsal World Cup, with the first edition being hosted in the Philippines in 2025, as well as a Girls' Club World Cup from 2026. Another important decision was the selection of Brazil to host Girls' World Cup 2027.
