OFFICIAL/ Kukėsi introduces the new coach, Dobi: Survival does not count, for me a springboard

Enkeleid Dobi has taken the position of coach at Kukësi. After the departure of Skënder Gegë, the 47-year-old from Durrës will continue his work in the Northeast, as he leads for the first time in Albania.

The former coach of Gornik and Widzew in Poland, Dobi, said in his speech that the team will pick up the pace, while for him the job as coach of Kukës will be on the springboard.

"I want to thank the president and club leaders for giving me this task in an ambitious project. I will try to give my best for this role and be at the right level. I want to fight for something, I will do everything to reach the right level. It can also be a springboard for me. It's a test for me. The quality is not lacking, we need some time to make the group. Every problem has a solution even though we are 7 points behind.

We are not good at the start, but we will do our best to catch up with the others. Sometimes you have to be in the right place at the right time. I didn't come just for survival, because I wouldn't come for that little. I saw Kukësi directly in the first 4 weeks. As far as I admitted, I have a rivalry with myself as well", emphasized Dobi.
