OFFICIAL/ The AFL reveals Albania's last opponent before the European Championship

After agreeing to play a friendly match with Liechtenstein, the Albanian Football Federation has found a common language with the Azerbaijan Federation to develop another friendly match in June, before the start of the "Germany 2024" European Championship.

The friendly match with Azerbaijan will be played on June 7, while the schedule and the stadium where this challenge will be played remain to be determined. This will be the sixth match in history between the two teams, as Albania has three wins, one draw and one loss against Azerbaijan.

The Albanian national team will initially play two friendly matches in March. The Reds will face Chile on March 22 at the "Ennio Tardini" stadium in Parma, Italy, starting at 20:45. While three days later on March 25, the National Team will play Sweden at the "Friends Arena" stadium in Stockholm.

In June, Albania will play two more friendly matches. The first with Liechtenstein on June 3, while the last friendly meeting before the start of the European Championship will be against Azerbaijan on June 7.

The Albanian national team will make its debut in the finals of the European Championship "Germany 2024" on June 15 in the first match against Italy, which will be played at 21:00 at the "BVB Stadion Dortmund" stadium.

The Reds and Blacks will play the second match of the group four days later, on June 19, against Croatia, starting at 15:00, at the "Volksparkstadion Hamburg" stadium.

While the last meeting in group B, Albania will play against Spain on June 24 at the "Dusseldorf Arena" stadium at 21:00.
