OFFICIAL/ FFF blocks the market for 3 clubs of Superiore

The Disciplinary Commission in the Albanian Football Federation has punished three clubs of Superiore with the closing of the market.

To Tirana and Dinamo, Laçi club is now added, which also cannot register players.

DECISIONS:

KF Laçi, for failure to execute decision no. 1, dated 23.04.2024 of the Special Training Compensation Commission, based on article 29/1/c of ??the KDE, the ban on the registration of new players is imposed for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation.

KF Laçi, for failure to execute decision no. 2, dated 23.04.2024 of the Special Training Compensation Commission, based on Article 29/1/c of ??the KDE, the ban on the registration of new players is imposed for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation.

FC Dinamo City, for failure to execute decision no. 3, dated 30.05.2024 of the Special Commission of Compensation for Training, based on Article 29/1/c of ??the KDE, a ban on the registration of new players is imposed for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation.

FC Dinamo City, for failure to execute decision no. 4, dated 30.05.2024 of the Special Commission of Compensation for Training, based on Article 29/1/c of ??the KDE, a ban on the registration of new players is imposed for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation.

KF Tirana, for failure to execute decision no. 13, dated 19.02.2024 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, based on Article 29/1/c of ??the KDE, the ban on the registration of new players for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation is imposed.

Accepting the request of the applicant Niko Zisi. KF Lushnja 1930, for failure to execute decision no. 15, dated 19.03.2024 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, based on article 29/1/b of the KDE, a warning period of 30 (thirty) days is given to execute the decision.

An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
