Officially, Flick collects the Albanian striker in Germany

There were endless requests from Kosovo to agree to play for his country, but Mergim Berisha was clear in his choice.

He only wanted Germany and waited a long time to make this dream come true. Finally, his dream has come true and the Kosovar striker with a German passport has been invited by Hansi Flick to the German A National Team.

A few minutes ago, Flick made public the list of invited footballers where the Kosovar's name is on it.

The 24-year-old has played for Germany's U21 and has been waiting for an invitation from Representative A for two years now, an invitation he received for the two matches in March against Belgium and Peru.

Berisha this season is going through a wonderful form with Augsburg in the Bundesliga, where in 18 games he has scored eight goals and assisted in four others.
