OFFICIAL/ Maignan signs, goalkeeper dilemmas end

Mike Maignan signed a contract renewal with Milan, appearing at the red and black club's headquarters.

The French goalkeeper signed the new deal in the presence of sporting director Igli Tare and general manager Giorgio Furlani.

The new contract ties Maignan to Milan until 2031. According to the agreement, he will earn 5 million euros per season plus 2 million euros in bonuses.

With this contract, Maignan becomes the team's highest-paid player, on par with Rafael Leaon. The club made the renewal official in the late afternoon.

Maignan has been with Milan since 2021 and has been one of the team's key figures. His renewal ends a long period of uncertainty that began last summer.
