Michael Babatunde is Laci's youngest player. The midfielder with attacking features has officially signed with Kurbinas, after having previously developed the preparatory phase in Pogradec. This approach comes before the Conference League match against Iskra.

The 29-year-old started his career with FC Heartland in Nigeria, then played several seasons in Ukraine, where he had the peak of his career. Further, Babatunde was active in Morocco and Qatar, as he was part of the Wydad Casablanca (Morocco) team in the 2018/19 and 2020/21 seasons, with which he won 2 championship titles.

We recall that in 2014, Babatunde was part of the Nigerian team at the World Cup. The midfielder was even a protagonist in one of Nigeria's goals after providing an assist during the 2-3 loss against Argentina.
