UEFA opens the safe / 3770 euros per day, for players participating in the
UEFA NATIONS LEAGUE

UEFA has just announced, the bonuses that clubs will receive for their players who are part of the national teams for the Nations League. A total of 240 million is projected to be distributed by the highest European body. 

Of this, a sum of 100 million will be for the participation in the Nations League of the 2020-2021 edition, like the one that is currently under development and which ends in 2023. The next amount of 140 million will be distributed to the finalist teams of the European Championship planned for the summer of 2024.

As for the distribution mechanism, it hardly changes compared to the previous edition. The 100 million will be for the 340 matches of the two editions that UEFA has organized so far in the Nations League, both in the qualifying phase until the final.

According to calculations, according to some criteria set by the 'government' of European football, the bonus for Nations League matches will be 3659 euros per day for each player. Friendly teams that can play in the period 2020-2024, in parallel with the Nations League, are not included in this UEFA award.
