Elections for the new UEFA President, FSHF supports Ceferini's candidacy

The Albanian Football Federation decided to officially support the candidacy of Alexander Ceferini for the post of UEFA President in the next term 2023-2027. This decision was taken at the last meeting of the UEFA Executive Committee, after the proposal was considered and agreed among the members to support the candidacy of the current UEFA President.

Elections for the new head of the European football government will take place next year, while Ceferin will run for a third term. Alexander Ceferin was initially elected head of UEFA in September 2016 and was re-elected to this post in February 2019.

Under his leadership, UEFA recognized great success in the international arena through competitions at the level of national teams and clubs, which are among the most elite in the world, while its support for member federations, especially for the Albanian Federation, has been great and continuous in all directions.
