Season analysis, Department of National Teams gathers red and black age coaches

The Department of National Teams in the AFF held today a meeting with all the coaches of the National age teams to analyze the progress of the work done this season.

Present at this meeting, in addition to the heads of the department, were the member of the Executive Committee, Abdyl Kuriu, the football expert in this department, Sulejman Mema, the Head of the Education Sector, Alban Tafaji, the coach of the U-21 National Team, Alban Bushi, the coach of the U-19 National Team, Armando Cungu, the coach of the U-18 National Team, Ardi Behari, the coach of the U-17 National Team, Ervin Bulku, the coach of the U-16 National Team, Agron Kicevo and the coach of the U-15 National Team, Armand Damo.

In this meeting, a seasonal analysis was conducted for all the matches of the national teams from the age of U-15 to that of U-21, while the discussion focused on the team and managerial performance displayed by these teams. The meeting also touched on an important topic for building a unified 3-year plan with specific objectives for each age group.

The coaches and leaders of the Department of National Teams also talked about the problems and where to focus in the future to improve the level of training of players at the club level, when called up to national teams, given the short time available, not to display the problems that have been observed in the past.

All opinions, suggestions and issues will be summarized in a report from the Technical Directorate in the ALF to lead an even broader discussion with all stakeholders.
