Tirana-Partizani, Appeal makes the decision for the fans

With decision no. 13, point 1, dated 01.11.2024, the Discipline and Ethics Commission has decided to take the following disciplinary measures against FC Tirana:

KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, throwing objects on the field of play and not guaranteeing the safety of the players of the friendly team, based on articles 6/3/b, 8/1, 17/1, 17/2/ b, 17/2/c and 17/2/h of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL and the playing of the remaining matches of the season football season 2024-2025 without spectators.


On 09.11.2024, KF Tirana submitted an appeal with the object:

Overturning Decision 13, point 1 dated 01.11.2024 of the Discipline and Ethics Commission.
The Discipline and Ethics Appeals Committee, after becoming familiar with the relationship of the Technical Secretariat, burned the representatives of the Tirana Football Club, examined the documentation presented and discussed the issue as a whole, as well as based on articles 65 and following of the Code of Discipline and Ethics,

DECIDE:

Leaving in force the measure of punishment with a fine in the amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL.
Changing the rest of the decision by deciding:
Punishment of the Tirana Football Club for holding all 8 (eight) matches without spectators.
Suspension of the remaining part of the punishment of 5 (five) games.
The suspension of the sentence is revoked if, during the probationary period, KF Tirana commits another violation of a similar nature and importance.
The trial period will be until the end of the 2024-2025 football season.
An appeal is allowed against this decision in the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS/TAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
