Trouble for the owners of Milan, a court in Luxembourg blocks 364 million euros

While discussing the figures of the sale of Milan to "RedBird", the American fund "Elliott" experienced a bolt of lightning. A Luxembourg court has frozen 364 million euros. The culprit is Jonghong Li, who in April of this year sued the current owners of "Djallit", demanding compensation from them.

Much sought after is precisely the difference between the figure that Milan is being sold of "RedBird" and the amount for which "Elliott" acquired the red and black club after Jonghong Li failed to pay one of the installments of the loan taken from the Americans.

This is simply a measure that the Luxembourg court has taken against "Elliott" as the implementation of this sequestration, or freezing of funds, occurred on a loan that the fund directed by Gordon Singer gave to "Project Redblack", one of the companies created in the case of the sale of the red and black by Silvio Berlusconi to Jonghong Li.
