Secret meeting, Klopp to be decided in Germany

Jurgen Klopp is set to return to the bench after two years away from active football as a coach. According to reports, he has reached an agreement with the German Football Association and is expected to sign a contract until the 2030 World Cup.

The decision comes after Germany's disappointing performance at the 2026 World Cup, where the team was eliminated in the round of 16. The federation has decided to end its cooperation with Julian Nagelsmann and entrust the management of the national team to Klopp.

Negotiations between the parties have been ongoing for some time, and recently there was a secret meeting, where the final details of the agreement were resolved. The signing of the contract is expected to take place on July 24.

Klopp returns to coaching after leaving Liverpool in 2024 to take on the role of director of football at Red Bull Group. The new contract is expected to run until the end of the 2030 World Cup.
