First training, four absences for Silvinho

The Albanian national team has officially begun preparations for the next two matches in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, against Serbia on June 7 and Latvia on June 10.

In the first training session, coach Silvinjo had most of the group available, but four players were absent due to long trips after the end of the championships. Myrto Uzuni was at the "House of Football", but due to the trip from the USA, he only did one recovery session in the gym.

Jasir Asani, Ernest Muçi and Arlind Ajeti arrived in Albania only overnight. Monday's session immediately included tactical work to prepare for Serbia.

Albania is part of Group K, along with England, Serbia, Latvia and Andorra. In the first two matches, the Rossoneri have a win over Andorra and a loss against England.
