Scandal in Spain, the Cup match is rigged

A scandal has recently been revealed in Spain, where a King's Cup match between Levante and Huracan was allegedly rigged, ending with a deep result. The match played on December 2 ended with a score of 0-8 in favor of the Levante team.

The Spanish media report that this challenge has ended in the "magnifying glass" of the investigators because actions have been seen and signals have been received that the match was rigged. LaLiga is working to open a file for the denunciation of this match, as it is known that the Court of Melilla has already opened an investigation.

A player from Huracan, a team in Spain's fifth division, has been arrested as part of a criminal group that aimed to make illegal profits in the world of sports betting. The police arrested six people in total, but only the footballer remained behind bars.

Thanks to the 0-8 result, a large number of people have caught large numbers of money. This case is a big scandal due to the fact that this precedent occurs in the second most important competition in Spain and is a big negative note for Spanish football.
