The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Association revealed the decisions taken regarding the events that occurred in Albanian football.

Fines and suspensions for clashes in the derby between Partizan and Tirana.

Both clubs have been fined for the behavior of their fans. Several players have also been suspended for the brawl. Partizani's Besar Gudjufi has been suspended for four matches and Altin Bytyçi for two matches.

In Tirana, Leon Kozi and Gledi Mici have been suspended for two matches each, Aldo Gjumsi for four matches and director Agim Ibrahimi for four matches.

DECISIONS:

FK Partizani, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects in the direction of the opposing fans, using offensive chants towards the team and the opposing fans, as well as allowing fans to enter the playing field before the start of the match, based on articles 17/2/a, 17/2/b and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (One hundred thousand) lek.
FK Partizani player, Besar Gudjufi, for violating the basic rules of good behavior, insulting the players of the opposing team with offensive signs, based on article 13/2 of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities. In application of articles 34/1 and 34/3 of the KDE, a partial suspension of the implementation of the punishment is decided after half of it has been paid. The period of conditional suspension will be 6 (six) months.
FK Partizani player, Altin Bytyçi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the opposing team's players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
KF Tirana, for incorrect behavior of the spectators, throwing objects towards the opposing fans as well as using offensive chants towards the opposing team and fans, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
KF Tirana player, Leon Kozi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the opposing team's players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
KF Tirana player, Gledi Mici, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards the opposing team's players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is sentenced to 2 (two) matches suspension from activities.
KF Tirana player, Aldi Gjumsi, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activities. In application of article 34/1 and 34/3 of the KDE, the partial suspension of the implementation of the punishment is decided after the repayment of half of it. The period of conditional suspension will be 6 (six) months.
KF Tirana official, Agim Ibrahimi, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
FK Pogradeci player Silvio Vokri, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
Flamurtari FC, for incorrect behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field and using flares and banners insulting the opposing team, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
FK Kukësi, for not respecting the obligations and regulations of the activity, causing delays in the start of the match, based on articles 8/1 and 13/2/a of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë. In application of article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at a rate of 50%.
The U-18 Football Academy, for incorrect behavior of spectators, entering the playing field, based on article 17/2/a of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at a rate of 3%.
The official of FK Shënkolli, Ervin Syziu, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
FC Kinostudio U-14 player, Rieldo Luga, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards opposing players and match officials, based on articles 14/1/b and 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 8 (eight) matches suspension from activities.
KF Sopoti official, Fatjon Xhafa, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 8 (eight) matches suspension from activities.
FC Basania official, Erjon Mani, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
KF Shkumbini player, Rustem Meta, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 8 (eight) matches suspension from activities.
The official of KF Shkumbini, Marsel Suta, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
The player of KF Turbina Aljos Vrenozi, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with an 8 (eight) match suspension from activities.
The official of AF Memaliaj, Klodian Mustafaj, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with an 8 (eight) match suspension from activities.
The official of AF Memaliaj, Ferman Haskaj, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with an 8 (eight) match suspension from activities.
Don Bosko Academy U-9, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional Zone, against AP Dinamo Junior U-9, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
The BS East Park official, Kreshnik Zhupa, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
The Shkëndija Tirana U-19 player, Fjori Fiora, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
FC Albanët U-19 player, Everest Bardhi, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
Football Republic U-11, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional Zone, against KF Tirana A U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
KSP Junior B U-11, for activating players who were not eligible to play in the valid match of the Second Category Championship Regional Zone Tirana, against KF Tirana B U-11, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0.
The official of KSP Junior B U-11, Dorian Petova, for activating a player who was not eligible to play, based on article 19/4/b of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) months suspension from activity.
Acceptance of the request of the official of KF Veleçiku, Besnik Duli, suspension of the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, in accordance with article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
The rejection of the request of the Kastriotët MFC official, Erind Lleshi, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
