As part of the start of the new football season, the Competition Department in the AFL, in cooperation with UEFA, held a seminar for the delegates of matches of all categories, where UEFA official Jeremy Mallétroit was invited as a lecturer. who is the supervisor of the match service in the European football government.

The seminar was opened with a welcome speech by the member of the Executive Committee of the ALF, Envi Hicka, while its proceedings were followed by the director of the Department of Competitions, Marjus Sulejmani and the Executive Director of the ALF, Aldi Topçiu.

Jeremy Mallétroit presented the important points of a delegate's work manual, starting from contacting the clubs a few days before the match to the conclusion and completion of the report by the delegate himself, valuable updates for the new football season and shared the experience his work with the participating delegates.

During the workshop, Mallétroit gave special importance to explaining the drafting of the post-match report to the young delegates and devised group work among the participants, encouraging interactive discussions and exchange of experiences.

The most important points on which the discussions of the workshop were focused were management crises during matches, stoppage of matches, incidents of violence in the stadium, abuse of match officials, completion of the final match report, communication with the clubs a few days before the match as also the official meetings with the clubs on the day of the match.

This seminar, developed by the Albanian Football Federation and UEFA, aims to increase the qualification of the delegates, bringing international practices in the organization and management of a football match, also encouraged by the continuous increase in the quality of football in Albania and the organization of many football activities high level. / FFF
