PSG prepares the second offer to convince Lionel Messi

Paris Saint-Germain officials are finalizing the second offer they will present to Lionel Messi to renew his contract, which expires at the end of this season.

According to "El Mundo Deportivo", the emir of Qatar, Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, has given an order to submit a new proposal to ensure the continuity of the Argentine "star" in Paris.

PSG are going through a difficult period after being eliminated from the Champions League, a trophy they have been trying to win for the past 10 years. Although they had an attack with Messi, Mbappé and Neymar, it was not enough to overcome Bayern.
