Without Mbappe and Tchouameni, who will captain France?

France will take to the pitch this Thursday to face Israel in November's Nations League challenge.

While we are on the eve of this match, it is not yet known who will wear the "blue" captain's armband.

With Kylian Mbappe not invited for the last Nations League games and Aurelien Tchouameni, who is injured, according to French media, coach Didier Deschamps has decided who will be the leader of his team.

N'Golo Kante is the main candidate to captain France in the challenge against Israel.  

Kante has kept the captain's armband even further, in the European Championship.

However, two other names are discussed in France, competing for the captain's armband, and they are Ibrahima Konate of Liverpool and Jules Kounde of Barcelona.

France-Israel will face each other this Thursday, starting at 20:45 at the "Stade de France"./ CNA
