"We were never in the match", Klopp after the transfer defeat: I am very disappointed

Liverpool suffered a disappointing defeat against Bournemouth in the transfer with the result 1-0. The Reds couldn't follow up the 7-0 win over Manchester United, leaving doubts again whether they will be able to reach fourth place at the end of the season.

After the match with Bournemouth, coach Jurgen Klopp appeared disappointed with the team while on Salah's missed penalty he preferred not to comment for a long time.

"It was a disappointing game from our side, we were never in the game. We were dominant in the first half but we made mistakes almost always in the key moments. We couldn't make the right choice on the pitch.

Bournemouth were a very compact opponent and managed to create danger through counter-attacks, as they had built this game. Salah's penalty? Salah scored a bag of goals, but missed a penalty.

It's something that happens in football, that's life. Clearly Bournemouth were fighting for survival, they were motivated. They are definitely a wonderful club and city," said Klopp.
