Another field is added to Durrës

The city of Durrës will be enriched with a new football field, which is being built on the premises of the “Benardina Qerraxhia” school. This field will serve the AFF academy, “Elite Youth”, for the development of training sessions.

This project is the fruit of cooperation between the Albanian Football Federation and the Municipality of Durrës. The field will have artificial turf, while the Federation has taken on the responsibility of laying the turf, placing the goals and installing the lighting system, so that training can take place at any time.

On the other hand, the Municipality of Durrës will cover the funds for the foundation, while its construction and the drainage system will be carried out by the Albanian Football Association.

Work is currently underway on the drainage system.
