The famous former Brazilian footballer, with a rich experience as a coach, decided from the beginning to stay in Albania together with the staff, working every day in the AFL offices to prepare the debut and the challenge of the European.

After four months in our country, Silvinjo gives his impressions about Albania, but also about the debut against Poland and appreciates the dedication shown by the Red and Blacks.

"I feel very good in Tirana, a very beautiful city, great experience in my life. The food is very good, the people are also very kind. As for work, we are all day at the ALF offices, we start the working day at 9:00 a.m. and work until 4:00 p.m. or even until 6:00 p.m. in the afternoon. We had the opportunity to work with the National Team boys on the field for the first time for the match against Poland, they are serious in their work and high level professionals. I am satisfied with them and with all the work we have done here", - says the national coach in an interview for Fshf.org.

“Herë pas here shkojmë në Itali, Zvicër, Portugali, Spanjë apo Angli për të takuar dhe folur me lojtarët, për t’i dëgjuar ato.
