Faced with the need to make tennis more and more televised and spectacular, the World Tennis Federation is ready for a revolution.

From the last meeting held in Hong Kong, it was decided that the coaches will have the opportunity to intervene during the matches.

Coaches will be able to give brief and discreet instructions from the stands.

This change in tennis will be applied starting from January 1, 2025.

It goes without saying that all this will affect the reactions of the tennis players on the court.

As soon as the ball goes out of play, the coaches can intervene with their advice.

All of this, however, will happen without physically going onto the field unless in a team match.
