The girls' national team continues with preparations in Shkodër for the two challenges against Norway, valid for the first round of play-offs for Euro 2025. The team has been gathering since Sunday in the northern city, as it has been reported, apart from the striker Qëndresa Krasniqi, who suffered an injury with the Basel club, coach Grima had the whole team in training today.

In a statement for fshf.org, the red and black technician emphasized that the confrontations with Norway are of a high level, as he did not hesitate to appreciate the red and black girls for the work done during all this time and for the contribution made to Albania.

"I am satisfied with the approaches because we asked for them and insisted. I want to thank the leaders of the ALF, and in particular Anila Basha, who worked hard to provide these girls with passports on time. We are pleased to have them in our bosom" - underlined coach Grima.

Norway is a tough team, but what are Albania's chances of succeeding in these challenges? "We will try to leave everything to the field and I am convinced that Albania will give everything it has on the field. We will make a dignified performance, regardless of who we face. Norway is a difficult team for every team in Europe, not only for us. If we see it on paper, they are more advanced. But we are at a point where we are recognizing growth and enter the field to play and get the best" - said among other things the number 1 of the girls' national team.

Coach Armir Grima also gave a message to all Albanian fans and invited them to the stadium to support the girls' team in this historic moment. "My message is to support these girls, as they need the Shkodra fans, for their support, which they give in an unlimited way.
