Changes to the U-19 and U-17 National Teams, the Albanian Football Federation

The Football Federation has decided to make two changes to the technical direction of the youth national teams, in order to develop and consolidate youth football.

The Albanian Football Federation's Communications Department announces that the U-19 Boys' National Team will be led by coach Fatjon Tafaj, who previously headed the U-17 National Team. Meanwhile, the U-17 National Team will be led by coach Armand Dama.

In March, the U-19 National Team will take to the field for the first qualifying round matches of the European Championship. The Red and Blacks are part of Group B4, along with Norway, Luxembourg and Malta, and will be led by coach Fatjon Tafaj in this important phase of the competition.

Meanwhile, the first test for coach Armand Dama at the helm of the U-17 National Team will be in March, with two friendly matches expected to be made official soon.

In April, he will lead the National Team in the UEFA Development U-16 tournament for boys, which will be organized by the Albanian Football Association at the "House of Football", with the participation of Albania, Austria, Sweden and Japan.

Also, in June, the U-17 National Boys' Team will play the second qualifying round matches, where Albania will face Ukraine and Latvia.
