This Friday, the former striker of Dinamo, Stavri Lubonja, passed away. The former well-known Albanian footballer passed away at the age of 89, after suffering from an illness for a long time.

A sad news for the football community came to us at the end of this year. Stavri Lubonja, former prominent forward of the 1950's and 60's of Dinamo and the National team, has passed away. Prominent scorer and elegant player, who, after finishing playing football, continued his career as a coach and manager of the Dinamo club. Personality appreciated by the entire football community for the open nature and respect he had for football people and colleagues. I express my deepest condolences to the Lubonja family and his relatives and friends. May his memory be eternal!
