Mitaj moves to midfield? What does coach Silvinjo say?

Mario Mitaj cannot play in midfield for the National Team, at least for the time being.

This was revealed by coach Silvinho in the press conference before the away match against Latvia.

Asked about Mitaj, Silvinjo said that there is no time for experiments in the red and black national team.

"For Gjimshti, it depends on who will replace him. We should have had more time to decide on the choice. Adrian Bajrami has been a player who has been around for ages. At Benfica, he has started to play more. He plays with his left foot. In the future, he is a very good option. He will be on the list of 23 players. Mitaj gives balance to the team. In the National Team, there is no time for many experiments. He does very well for us and for the club where he plays. For the moment, he will continue in this position," declared Silvinjo.
