Mehmeti in the transfer market, a famous club wants him

Anis Mehmeti could leave Bristol City during the January transfer window, as the Albanian national team striker has entered the final months of his contract.

Despite offers for a renewal from the current club, the lack of an official agreement has increased interest from other teams.

Recently, Ipswich Town, a club fighting for a place in the Premier League, has entered the race for the 25-year-old's services.

Ipswich see Mehmet as a quality addition to their top flight, having enjoyed a fine season with nine goals and six assists. Ipswich currently sit third in the Championship, just two points off the relegation zone.

For Mehmet, this transfer would represent a concrete opportunity to play in the Premier League next season.
