Anthony Martial seems to have found the new team where he will continue his career.

The forward ended his contract with Manchester United this summer and was looking for a new club, which as reported by the British media will be AEK Athens.

Martial left Old Trafford after nine years and despite interest from the likes of Lyon, Marseille and Atalanta, the French striker had also considered a move to South America to Brazilian side Flamengo.

Negotiations with Flamengo stalled due to his high financial demands and this is where AEK stepped in, offering the Frenchman a luxury deal that would make him the highest paid player in the Greek club.

The parties are reported to have agreed verbally, with Martial expected to be transferred to Greece, to the team where the goalkeeper of the Albanian national football team, Thomas Strakosha, also plays.
