Italy and Newcastle midfielder Sandro Tonali has returned to speak about his gambling addiction and the ten-month sentence that followed after he was found guilty of involvement in illegal betting.

Tonali was sentenced to ten months and 20,000 euros and ordered to take part in various events to warn others about the dangers of gambling.

While speaking about this issue, the 24-year-old emphasized that before he got involved in gambling, he had two lives.

"Before I realized the mistake I had two lives, because I was very closed in myself and I never talked to people, neither in the training center nor with the staff. Now it's completely different, now I'm just one person, just one. Every day is different, especially with the staff and teammates, because it's normal to talk every day, it's normal to have a relationship" , declared Tonali.
