Kroos "explodes" against UEFA: It took 3 months for them to understand that Cucurella touched the ball with his hand

Toni Kroos remains furious with the referees' decision not to award an obvious penalty in Germany's EURO 2024 quarter-final defeat to Spain.

After UEFA declared that in the case of Marc Cucurella touching the ball with his hand in the area, a mistake was made by the referees, the reaction of the former German midfielder came.

Kroos was asked by reporters what he thought of UEFA's new stance and his response was wild, as he said it took him three months to understand.

“It took them three months to realize it was a hand touch, something that almost all of us saw in a second. Thank you, it wasn't that important", Toni Kroos answered ironically.

The episode of "Cucurella's hand" happened in the 107th minute of the game and could help Germany and Kroos reach the semi-finals and possibly the final of EURO 2024./ CNA
