The U-17 national team officializes the two friendlies

Albania U-17 will play two friendly matches against peers from Luxembourg in September. The Communication Department of the AFL informs that an agreement has been reached with the Luxembourg Football Federation for these two friendly matches to be played in our country on September 4 and 6.

The first friendly match is scheduled to be played on September 4 at the Vora stadium, at 4:30 p.m., while the second friendly match between Albania and Luxembourg will be played at the "House of Football" on September 6 at 10:00 a.m.

These friendlies will serve to closely observe and test the gathered players, to prepare as best as possible for the first qualifying round for the U-17 European Championship "Albania 2025".

This will also be the first test for the new coach of the U-17 national team, Andrea Tedesco, before the qualifiers for the "Albania 2025" European Championship, which will be played in October in our country, where the Reds and Blacks are positioned in group 3 together with The Netherlands, Croatia and the Faroe Islands.

The U-17 national team is automatically qualified for the U-17 European finals, as this major event will be organized by the AFL in cooperation with UEFA, in our country. /FSHF
